Most of our clients come via referrals, which makes us very happy that people recommend us and it also makes us more motivated and driven. We are extremely keen, focused, efficient and not to mention an absolute pleasure to work with, after all if our clients are not singing our praise to family and friends then we’re not doing a good enough job!
Great customer service is what every estate agent will promise you, but very rarely deliver on. We don’t sit in a flash high street office waiting for customers to walk in and we don’t have a huge marketing budget to promote ourselves either, so we are very dependent on customer referrals and we absolutely smash it.
Suzanne Regan is not interested in being the biggest Coventry estate agent, we just want a reputation as the best in Coventry.
